This block copolymer presents a two-phase associative structure, the hard chain segment crystallization plays a physical crosslinking role, stabilizing the product size, while the soft chain segment amorphous polymer to give high resilience.

Excellent dynamic properties: suitable for applications requiring long-term spring performance and long flexural life.

Good heat resistance: Melt temperature is 170-250°C. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that there is basically no weight loss under 110-140°C heating for 10 hours; under 160°C and 10h, the weight loss is only 0.05%.

Low-temperature flexibility: the brittleness point is lower than -70℃, good low-temperature flexibility, can be used for a long time at -50 to 160℃.

Weathering and aging resistance: excellent weathering and chemical stability in different environments such as water vapor, ozone, natural aging, etc.

Shoes and apparel field: It can be used for sports shoe uppers with excellent breathability as well as cushioning, good elasticity and not easy to corrode.

Automotive field: TPEE monofilament can be used in the manufacture of automobile seats, airbags, seals, wires and cables, etc., because of its excellent elasticity and heat-resistant properties, which can resist high temperature and impact.
