DTY refers to the filaments in which the filaments are in the network nozzle and the monofilaments are intertwined to form a periodic network point. DTY processing is mostly used for the processing of POY, FDY and DTY. The low-elastic DTY manufactured by the combination of network technology and DTY technology has the fluffiness and good elasticity of the textured yarn, and has many periodicity and network points, which improves the filament. Tightness eliminates the need for several processes in textile processing and improves the ability of the tow to pass through the water jet loom.
Generally, there are low elastic wire, medium elastic wire, high elastic wire, light mesh wire, heavy mesh wire, no mesh wire, low elastic light wire mesh, and a twisted wire.
It is determined according to the type of network nozzle, the first and second hot box temperatures, the original yarn, and the like.
